This track was started after reading Mythos by Stephen Fry. The image of The Gates Of Dawn came from a story about Phaethon, son of Helios, who attempted to drive his father's chariot (across the sky) but lost control and set the Earth on fire. If Zeus had not interfered by throwing a thunderbolt at Phaethon, killing him instantly, all mortals would have died.
